A Deeper Dive into Cue’s Underlying AI Tech

With the advent of natural language processing (NLP)-based artificial intelligence (AI) systems, humans are now able to interact with computers to have meaningful, or at least understandable, conversations. Such systems are able to harness increased processing power and data resources to converse with a human in a natural manner and correctly answer questions and deliver desired information. 

Thingee’s Cue product uses conversational pathways to power its AI agent component. Conversational pathways are a prompt-driven approach to creating dialogs for an AI agent to use when speaking with a caller. The application of this AI-based technology to solve business problems seems almost limitless. They can be designed to handle simple and routine tasks like providing product information or fulfillment, as well as for far more complex tasks.
